Here are a few things to remember!

  1. It doesn’t have to be a considerable change; simple is best.
  2. Chronic stress makes it hard to make decisions, and often parents in chronic stress are in a state of decision fatigue. Fewer choices are usually better.
  3. Stress may be leading to decreased visualization and prediction, which leads to anxiety. What can you do to increase prediction in your office environment or with your procedures?
  4. MORE information is not always better for an individual living in stress.
