You know chiropractic can change lives.
Let’s make sure you know how—and why.

March 6-7, 2026  |  Spokane, Washington

Focus Certification Includes:

Both Level 1 (Online) & Level 2 (In-Person) for One Price

The FOCUS Certification Series teaches you how to cut through the clinical noise and apply a whole-to-part, developmental hierarchy-based framework to confidently assess, plan care, and integrate tools like reflex work, eye movements, and brain-body exercises—keeping the nervous system and chiropractic always in the center.

The Problem

You’re working with kids and families dealing with behavioral, developmental, learning, and sensory challenges…

And somewhere between your education, your passion, and your practice, you’ve realized:

    • You’ve got a lot of tools—but you’re not sure if/when or why to use them.
    • You know chiropractic can help—but you’re unclear on how to effectively communicate it.
    • You provide excellent care—but don’t feel confident in tracking changes (or challenges), building care plans, or knowing if/when to add in nutrition guidance, brain-based exercises, or other supportive modalities.

Those are just some of the gaps FOCUS was created to fill.

You’ll learn how to create a care plan using brain hierarchies, assess complex cases with clarity, and use re-exams to know when progress is happening—and when it’s time to pivot.

You’ll also gain confidence on how to communicate everything that’s happening within the nervous system and stages of development, but, most importantly, why it’s happening, to other professionals and to the families who are trusting you to help them.

We teach you how to put the pieces together without guessing or overwhelm.

Who It’s For

If you’ve ever found yourself thinking…

  • “I know chiropractic helps, but I can’t always explain why.”
  • “I get overwhelmed trying to connect the dots with these kids.”
  • “I know about primitive reflexes and neurodevelopment, but I don’t know how it all fits together in a plan.”
  • “I want to help more, but I’m second-guessing what to do.”

…then the FOCUS Certification Series was designed for you.
If you’re a chiropractor working with kids and families—and you’ve ever felt unsure of what you’re seeing, what to do about it, or how to explain it—this was built for you.
While we do have other professionals, like OTs, PTs, and educators, join us to deepen their understanding of brain-based care, this certification series was designed by a chiropractor for chiropractors.

How It Works

Level 1: Online Training Modules

Self-paced, upgraded content with deep foundations in brain development, subluxation, behavior, stress response, hierarchies of development 1-2, and the FOCUS framework. You’ll learn how to use the hierarchical lens to assess and care plan with clarity.

Level 2: In-Person Certification Event

Join us live in Spokane, WA on March 6–7, 2026.
This is where everything clicks: hands-on exams, experiential learning, a comprehensive deep dive into the hierarchies of development 3-8, live demos, and clinical application in a supportive, high-level training environment.

WHAT OTHERS JUST LIKE YOU ARE SAYING

Why It Matters

Working with neurodiverse kids and overwhelmed families is some of the most meaningful, important work you’ll do. But it’s also where most clinicians feel the least equipped.

FOCUS Certification is the foundation you need to lead with confidence, so you can stop guessing, start thinking, and become the go-to expert in your community.

“These parents have tried everything. Now I can give them a plan, explain why it matters, and actually give them hope.”

Do I need to complete Level 1 before attending the live event (Level 2)?

Yes—and here’s why.

Level 1 includes a newly upgraded series of online learning modules that form the foundation of your FOCUS Certification. These modules aren’t just prep work, they’re where the real training begins.

Here’s what’s covered in Level 1:

  • The origin story of the FOCUS method and why it’s different from anything else in chiropractic
  • How clinical, educational, and psychological influences shaped a new way of working with kids and adults with Neuro-Deflective Disorders™
  • The science behind brain development, stress, subluxation, and how to make the case for chiropractic through the lens of the brain
  • An introduction to the first two developmental hierarchies (there are eight in total)—and how subluxation impacts the trajectory of the brain
  • How to decode behaviors and challenges using brain hierarchies (not symptoms)
  • How to simplify your assessments and put the pieces together using a whole-to-part framework
  • Practical strategies to create a safe, grounded environment for families navigating behavioral, learning, or socialization challenges
  • A clear introduction to FOCUS-specific intake paperwork, care planning, and parent communication strategies

You’ll also receive downloadable tools, research references, and access to our private FOCUS Community Facebook group for ongoing support.

Once you complete Level 1, you’ll be fully prepared to attend Level 2—the in-person, hands-on Certification event—where you’ll apply everything you’ve learned and experience live demonstrations, exam procedures, care planning tools, and clinical integrations.

Only after completing both levels will you be officially FOCUS Certified, listed in the directory, and eligible to apply for Elite Access.

Is this only for chiropractors?
The FOCUS Certification Series is designed specifically for chiropractors. However, it’s common for other providers, such as occupational therapists, physical therapists, educators, and developmental optometrists, to take the course in order to develop a brain-based lens they can use in their own work. These professionals often partner with FOCUS Certified chiropractors to implement the full model.
What’s the difference between FOCUS Certification and FOCUS Elite Access?
Certification is your starting point. It gives you the thinking framework, communication tools, and systems to begin applying FOCUS in your practice.
Elite Access is your next step—a mentorship membership for Certified Providers who want ongoing support, advanced clinical training, and eligibility to offer the Brain Blossom® Program.
Do I get CE credits for this?

Yes, FOCUS Certification offers 12 CE credits in many U.S. states and Canadian provinces.

What if I can’t make the live event this year?
No problem. You can transfer your Level 2 seat once to the next event with 60+ days’ notice. Cancellations with less than 60 days’ notice may result in forfeiture of your Level 2 spot, so just keep us in the loop—we’ll work with you.
Do I need to take a test to get certified?

Yes—but it’s not a trick test. You’ll complete a series of surveys to show you understand the concepts and can apply the FOCUS framework. This helps ensure quality and confidence—not just for you, but for the families trusting your care.

What happens after I’m certified?

Once certified, you’ll receive your FOCUS Certification plaque, be added to our public directory, and unlock eligibility to join FOCUS Elite Access.

What is FOCUS Elite Access?
FOCUS Elite Access is an exclusive mentorship membership for certified FOCUS providers who want to go deeper. It’s where you get ongoing clinical support, business systems, case walkthroughs, and the real-time guidance that helps you actually implement the FOCUS approach in your practice. It’s also required if you want to offer the Brain Blossom® Program.
What is the Brain Blossom® Program?
The Brain Blossom® Program™ is an online, at-home brain and body exercise and education program that FOCUS Certified chiropractors can provide to families through their practice. It offers multiple developmental tracks that are intuitively designed to match each individual’s stage of development and ability level.

Each track includes progressive, video-guided exercises that increase in complexity. Participants typically engage in activities 5–10 minutes a day, three to five times a week.

Only FOCUS Certified providers who are also members of Elite Access are eligible to offer Brain Blossom through their practice.
